Our next small group experience begins March 14th!
A guided journey for LGBTQ+ individuals and families preparing to relocate to Spain
Relocating abroad is a massive undertaking. This masterclass is designed to take the guesswork out of it, offering practical, honest, and affirming support every step of the way.
Over the course of eight weeks, you’ll receive real-world, compassionate support to plan and prepare for your move — and start your new life in Spain with clarity and confidence.
This is not a self-paced course. It’s a structured, cohort-based experience with weekly lessons, checklists, and answers to your submitted questions. You’ll get a consistent rhythm of support so you never feel lost or alone in the process.
You'll get:
A breakdown of visa options and legal requirements
Financial insights: budgeting, banking, insurance, taxes
Information about healthcare access (including gender-affirming care)
Guidance for families with kids, pets, and complex logistics
Emotional support for processing change, grief, and excitement
All based on real lived experience.
This isn’t a generic move-abroad course — it's rooted in the unique challenges and hopes of LGBTQ+ people and families.
I’m Debi Jackson — a longtime advocate for transgender rights and LGBTQ+ families.
After years of high-profile advocacy in the U.S., I relocated to Spain with my family, driven by deep concerns about safety and access to gender-affirming healthcare. I spent over a year researching visas, legal logistics, and day-to-day realities — and I’m now sharing what I’ve learned from two full years of living here.
This course isn’t just a checklist. It’s a roadmap built from real experience — from navigating bureaucracy and healthcare to adjusting emotionally and finding community.
If you’ve ever thought, “I don’t even know where to start,” I’ve been there. I’ve done it. And now I want to help you get started, too — with honest guidance and practical advice you can trust.

This is for LGBTQ+ individuals, couples, and families who are seriously exploring a move to Spain — whether you’re still early in the planning stage or already making concrete steps toward relocation.
It’s especially helpful if:
You’re looking for residency options that fit your lifestyle and timeline
You need to understand how Spain supports LGBTQ+ people — especially trans youth
You’re relocating with kids, pets, or caregiving responsibilities
You want clear, compassionate guidance to navigate bureaucracy
You crave honest insight into what life really looks like in Spain — both the joy and the emotional toll
This is not a fit for those casually dreaming or just travel-curious. It’s for those who are ready to prepare, organize, and take action — with support from someone who’s been there.
By the end of this masterclass, you’ll have:
A clear understanding of the visa options available — and which ones might fit your situation
A step-by-step overview of the paperwork, registrations, and systems you’ll need to navigate
Realistic insights into healthcare access, especially gender-affirming care
A better sense of where to live based on safety, cost of living, and community
Practical tips for schooling, housing, healthcare, and daily life
Strategies for managing the emotional transition — including grief, culture shock, and rebuilding your sense of home
Confidence in knowing this move is possible — and that you’re not alone in it
This isn’t just information. It’s preparation grounded in real-world experience — and shaped with LGBTQ+ families in mind.

The masterclass is structured to help you prepare, plan, and thrive through the entire relocation process — from the very first idea to your first year abroad.
